Maintain your independence with this Seniors Exercise & Fall Prevention Program. A free program that will help you stay strong, healthy and on your feet. Each class includes an educational session and an exercise component focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility exercises geared toward functional mobility./ Topics covered during the education sessions include footwear, foot care, hearing loss, vision loss, mobility aids, medication and more. This program is sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Southeast LHIN and Delivered by the VON.
